The American Film Institute's 10 Best Films of 2019 are announced, and "Parasite" won a special award

The American Film Institute (AFI) today released its "Top Ten Films of 2019" and the winning films will receive the honor at the grand awards ceremony on January 3, 2020. It is worth mentioning that the AFI's review results have a huge influence in the American film industry and are said to be the vane of the Oscars. The overlap rate between its selection results and the nominations for the Academy Award for Best Picture has always been high.
