Nicolas Cage shows off his acting skills again! The first trailer of "Colors of the Universe" is released

Nicolas Cage made a great comeback last year with "Mandy". Later, he collaborated again with SpectreVision, the production company of "Mandy", to bring HP Lovecraft's horror science fiction novel "Colors of a Starry Sky" to the big screen.

Lovecraft is an American writer of horror, science fiction and fantasy, especially known for his weird fiction. Lovecraft's most famous work is the series of novels that later became known as the "Cthulhu Mythos". Stephen King called Lovecraft "the greatest classical horror story writer of the 20th century".

"The Color of a Star" is a short story written by Lovecraft in 1927. The work focuses on the Gardner family, who move to a rural farm in New England to escape the busy pressure of the 21st century. As they are busy adjusting to their new life, a meteorite falls into the yard.

The meteorite gradually merged into the earth, poisoning all the creatures around it and dyeing them a strange color. What's scary is that the toxin is so aggressive that all creatures that touch it are not immune, including the Gardner family...

"Colors of the Stars" will be directed by Richard Stanley ("Bizarre Theater"), starring Uncle Cage, Julie Richardson as Uncle Cage's wife, Julian Hilliard, Madeleine Arthur, and Brendan Meyer as the three children.

The film will be released in North America on January 24 next year. It currently has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 85% and has a very good reputation.
