Judging from the content of the special video released this time, the heroine Violet Evergarden has embarked on a new ghostwriting journey, and the amber memories may never fade.

Violet Evergarden is a light novel written by Kana Akatsuki and illustrated by Akiko Takase, published by Kyoto Animation's KA ESUMA Bunko. It is also the winner of the 5th Kyoto Animation Award. The work tells a series of tear-jerking yet healing stories about Violet Evergarden during her post-war ghostwriting career.

The animated film was originally scheduled to be released in Japan on January 10, 2020. The official announcement was that due to the accident, the release of the film will be postponed.
