After announcing a series of films in the fourth phase at the SDCC 2019 Comic-Con, Marvel CEO Kevin Feige announced these three new TV series at the D23Expo. Among them, She-Hulk is Hulk's cousin Jennifer Walters, Moon Knight is rumored to be played by Andrew Garfield (The Amazing Spider-Man), and Ms. Marvel is Marvel's first Muslim female hero with her own comic. In addition to the above three works, Marvel also announced "Falcon and the Winter Soldier" (broadcast in 2020), "WandaVision" (spring 2021), "Loki" (first half of 2021), and "Hawkeye" (second half of 2021) at D23Expo.
