"Captain Marvel" special effects revealed that the director was petting a fake cat

After Marvel's "Captain Marvel" broke through 1 billion RMB at the domestic box office, the global box office also reached 938 million US dollars, about to cross the 1 billion US dollar mark. Recently, the film company released a series of behind-the-scenes photos of the special effects production, and it turns out that Director Nick Fury is petting a fake cat most of the time!

Although the crew used four real cats to shoot Goose's scenes, some difficult shots still had to rely on CG. On the one hand, pet cats are not as easy to train as pet dogs, and on the other hand, the safety of the small animals must be ensured.

According to the film's special effects staff, about 2/3 of the cat shots in the film are CG effects.
