After years of suspension, "The Martian" announced that it will resume serialization on April 4

The sci-fi manga "Aliens on Mars", written by Yu Takaie and illustrated by Kenichi Tachibana, was well received and an animated adaptation of the same name was produced. However, due to the author's poor health, the manga series was suspended at the end of 2018 and there has been no new news since then.

Prior to this, the author Takaie Yuu announced the suspension of publication in the 14th issue of "Young Jump" in 2017 (published on March 1) due to health problems, and serialization was not resumed until April of the following year.

Recently, the official announced that "Alien" will resume serialization and a new episode will start on April 4th.

In addition, the official website has launched a free comic reading event. Before April 24, you can read the entire 240 chapters of "Martian Alien" for free on the official website of "Young Jump".
