A tribute to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China! New stills from Wu Jing's new film "The Climbers" leaked

Recently, the latest stills of the mountaineering film "The Climber" were leaked on the Internet. In the stills, the leading actors including Hu Ge, Jing Boran and He Lin appeared in mountaineering clothes and smiled brightly. Hu Ge also became the latest big-name actor to join this movie.

It is understood that "The Climbers" is directed by Li Rengang and written by Alai. It tells the story of the first Chinese climb to the top of Mount Everest in 1960 by Wang Fuzhou, Gongbu (Tibetan), and Qu Yinhua. In addition to Hu Ge, Wu Jing, Jackie Chan, Zhang Ziyi, Zhang Yi, Jing Boran, He Lin, Lawang Norbu, and Qu Ni Ciren have also joined the film. As a tribute to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the film is expected to be released during the National Day this year.

Previously, Wu Jing posted a photo of the set on Weibo:

Since January this year, the film's lead actor Wu Jing has been posting photos of him climbing mountains on the snowy plateau on Weibo. His training this time was extremely difficult, and he suffered severe altitude sickness and hypoxia several times. From directing and starring in "Wolf Warrior 2", which set a box office record of 5.6 billion yuan, to starring in the sci-fi blockbuster "The Wandering Earth", which has now grossed over 4.6 billion yuan, Wu Jing's new films in the past two years have performed very well at the box office. I wonder if "The Climbers" will also create new successes?
