Shoplifters wins 8 awards! The 42nd Japanese Oscars Awards Ceremony

Last night on March 1st, the "42nd Japanese Oscars", representing the highest honor in the Japanese film industry, was officially awarded. As expected, the highly acclaimed "Shoplifters" won the Best Film Award, and also won 7 other sub-awards, making it the brightest winner of this conference.

The Japan Academy Award is the highest award in Japanese films, also known as the Japanese Film Oscars. It was founded in 1978 and has been held for 42 sessions so far. It is dedicated to selecting and commending the best films in the country.

Best Actress: Ando Sakura (Shoplifters).

Best Supporting Actor: Matsuzaka Tori. Blood of Lone Wolf.

Best Supporting Actress: Kirin Kiki, Shoplifters

Best Photography Award: Ryuto Kondo, "Shoplifters".

Best Lighting Award: Isamu Fujii, "Shoplifters"

Best Music Award: Haruomi Hosono. Shoplifters.

Best Art Award: Tsuyoshi Imamura, Blood of the Lone Wolf.

Best Recording Award: Kazuharu Urata, Blood of the Lone Wolf.

· Best Editing Award: Shinichiro Ueda. "Keep the Camera Moving!"

Best Foreign Work Award: "Bohemian Rhapsody"
