Many people may have forgotten that Universal Studios is working hard to make a new Doom movie, even though the 2005 movie starring Dwayne Johnson was not as popular as expected. Today, Universal Pictures sent everyone a message that they have delayed the schedule of the new movie in order to make the hell scenes in it more realistic. Universal Pictures has been working on the project of rebooting the "Doom" movie for some time, with the goal of releasing the film in one go with the cooperation of director Tony Giglio and starring Amy Manson. But the production team encountered a bottleneck. They did not want to compromise the performance of the hell scene in the film and wanted it to restore the atmosphere of the game as much as possible. In order to match the 2016 "Doom" and even the future "Doom: Eternal", the production team explained that the team will use a wider range of exaggerated visual effects to make hell scary. As such, they are enhancing the location representation and ensuring the shots match the visual presentation of the original film. The new Doom movie is expected to be released in the fall of 2019, which is likely to be around the same time as Doom Eternal. The movie is produced by Universal Pictures' 1440 Entertainment, the company that released Child's Play. Director Giglio said that due to budget reasons, the performance of the creatures will not be exaggerated, but at least the background of this movie is indeed in Hell, not Mars as in the 2005 movie version. |
