Rurouni Kenshin new animation second season "Kyoto Turmoil" confirmed to start in October

The official production team of the new animation of "Rurouni Kenshin" announced that the second season "Kyoto Turmoil" will be broadcast in October, with two consecutive chapters. Stay tuned.

The manga "Rurouni Kenshin" was first serialized from 1994 to 1999, and the first part of the TV animation was broadcast from 1996 to 1998. The first season of the newly-made "Rurouni Kenshin" animation was broadcast on July 6, 2023. The staff and characters have been completely updated, and the original author Nobuhiro Watsuki has redesigned some characters and scripts and served as the full producer.

The second season of the new anime "Rurouni Kenshin" "Kyoto Turmoil" is set in the ancient city of Kyoto, and will focus on the tough battle between Kenshin and Shishio. Stay tuned.
