"Fallout" live-action drama producer: Our work is like "Fallout 5"

In a recent interview, Jonathan Nolan, the producer of the live-action series Fallout, who has been responsible for the popular sci-fi series Person of Interest and Westworld (and the younger brother of the famous director Christopher Nolan), made a bold statement, saying that the series is "almost like Fallout 5." He said that the series is a "non-interactive version" of the game and is a "perfect extension" of the series that gamers are familiar with.

In an interview with Total Film, Jonathan Nolan mentioned the series, saying, "Each game is a standalone story - different cities - different protagonists - in the same setting. Our series is as much about the relationship between the games as it is about the relationship between the games. It almost makes us like Fallout 5. I don't want to sound too cocky, but this is just a non-interactive version of the game, right?"

He also discussed the breadth of the Fallout universe, saying that multiple studios have worked together to create a massive world since the first game was released in 1997. He compared the Fallout live-action project to his own writing work on his brother's Batman The Dark Knight trilogy, emphasizing the sheer depth of storytelling potential the game series has, with so much to choose from and explore.

The live-action series of "Fallout" will be an original story that fits the original setting and is more inclined to the design of "Fallout 4". The live-action series of "Fallout" will premiere on Amazon Prime streaming platform on April 12.
