Guy Ritchie's gangster crime drama The Gentlemen releases first trailer for Netflix

The crime action series "The Gentlemen" (Taiwanese translation: Gentleman Hunting Order) directed by Guy Ritchie released its first trailer, starring Theo James ("White Lotus Resort" Season 2, "The Time Traveler's Wife") and "Uncle Fried Chicken" Giancarlo Esposito, and will be broadcast on Netflix in 2024.

The series is set in the same world as the 2019 film The Gentlemen, but will introduce new characters and stories. Starring Theo James as Eddie Horniman, the Duke of Halstead, who inherited the family business, Ray Winstone as Bobby Glass, the founder of the drug empire, and Kaya Scodelario as Bobby's daughter and the actual operator of the empire. Guy Ritchie serves as the creator, co-writer, executive producer and director of the first two episodes of the series.

The plot synopsis mentions that Eddie Honeyman unexpectedly inherits his father's sprawling country estate, only to discover that it is part of a cannabis empire. In addition, a large number of unscrupulous characters from the British underworld also want a piece of the pie. Determined to rescue his family from the clutches of these people, Eddie tries to give them a taste of their own medicine by trying to play a game with the gangsters. However, when he is drawn into the criminal world, he begins to find the taste of crime.
