The complete collection of Anno Hideaki's "Peak Peak" 35th anniversary is released

It has been 35 years since the classic OVA "Peak Flight", which was directed by the famous animation director Hideaki Anno for the first time. To commemorate this, the official announced the release of a complete collection of the two parts. Interested fans can pay attention to it.

"Peak Flight" is an OVA produced by GAINAX in Japan in 1988. It is the debut work of Hideaki Anno as a director. The work tells the story of a girl named Noriko Takaya who aspires to become a space pilot like her father and struggles for it.

"Peak 2!", which began airing in 2004, was directed by another genius of GAINAX, Kazuya Tsurumaki, who was the deputy director of "Neon Genesis Evangelion" and the director of "FLCL", and brought the whole story to a perfect end. The same roots + beautiful girls, the new era of the kill-or-die service and the cute loli, Tsurumaki has achieved a good balance between the new and old elements.
