Disney's new film "Wishing A Star" is scheduled to be released in mainland China on November 24

Today (October 25), the official release trailer and poster of Disney’s new animated film “Wishing a Star” in mainland China were announced, and it will be released on November 24.

Ariane DeBose voices the protagonist, 17-year-old girl Asha, Chris Pine voices the villain King Manifico, and Alan Tudyk voices the goat Valentino in pajamas. Directed by Chris Buck (Frozen) & Vern Villasanton (Raya and the Last Dragon).

In a fantastical land off the Iberian Peninsula, Asha lives with her pet goat in Rosas, the Kingdom of Wishes. People come from far and wide to express their wishes to a magical king, Magnifico, who promises to one day grant their deepest desires, and only he can decide which wishes will come true and when. Asha, an astute idealist, makes a particularly powerful wish, which is answered by a cosmic force - a tiny ball of infinite energy called a star. Together, Asha and the star face their most powerful enemy yet, overthrowing Magnifico's rule to save her community and prove that when the will of one brave man is combined with the magic of the stars, amazing things can happen.
