As the world's strongest animation powerhouse, Japan's animation is world-renowned, so how do animation fans evaluate animation production companies? Recently, Japanese media launched a new animation production theme poll, and the results were a bit surprising. · The survey involved 2,406 Japanese men and women aged 20 to 60, so the results have a certain degree of credibility. ·The first question is "Do you care about the animation company when watching anime?" Surprisingly, 36.8% of the respondents said they did not watch animation at all. The next largest proportion was 36.3% who watched animation but did not care about it. The most critical proportion of respondents who cared about animation companies was only 26.9%, less than 30%. The central theme of this survey is "Favorite animation company". The first place is Kyoto Animation, also known as KyoAni, which accounts for nearly half of the total at 49%. The second place is those who answered that they had no particular favorite. Ufotable, which produced "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba", ranked third (23.8%), and the fourth place is MAPPA, which produced "Jujutsu Kaisen". The old animation company may be Ghibli, which only accounted for 4.5% in the "other" category because it has almost no new works recently. |
