Toei Animation announced on May 23 that it will join hands with French studio Studio La Cachette to create a new animation "Le College Noir (original name)". The first poster and main art picture were released at the same time, so stay tuned. "Le College Noir" is based on the French-Belgian manga by Ulysse Malassagne. Set in the central French mountains where deep forests stretch, the story tells the adventure story of five boys and girls who challenge the mystery of their friend's disappearance. The original author Malassagne is in charge of the script and direction of the animation. Le College Noir will be released first in France and will be released on ADN starting this fall. Toei Animation has acquired the rights to sell and commercialize the animation, and will continue to promote the content from Europe to the world. |
