According to Hollywood Reporter, famous actor Willem Dafoe has joined the sequel to the classic movie "Betelgeux." He will play a law enforcement officer in the afterlife. Released in 1988, Beetlejuice revolves around a recently deceased couple (played by Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin) who, after returning to the human world as ghosts, are unhappy with a new family moving in and decide to hire a so-called "exorcist" who specializes in getting rid of the living. Beetlejuice: Part Two will also include newcomers Monica Bellucci and Justin Theroux. Jenna Ortega plays the daughter of Lydia Deeds (Winona Ryder), and Michael Keaton returns to play the title character. The script was written by Alfred Gough and Miles Miller, the creators of the hit American TV series "Wednesday", and Tim Burton returned to direct. |
