Talent management company Entertainment 360 has released actor Jonathan Majors from his contract, according to DEADLINE's sources, three weeks after the actor was arrested in New York on violence charges. The actor's current films include "Quaid 3" and "Ant-Man 3: Quantumania". It is said that the reason for his termination was the actor's personal behavior. Apart from Entertainment 360, PR firm The Lede Company also parted ways with the actor last week. Majors and fashion house Valentino "both agreed" that the actor would not be one of the guests at the Met Gala this year. Entertainment 360 and Lede Company did not respond to requests for comment. Majors has already filmed the second season of Marvel's "Loki", in which he has once again played the villain Kang the Conqueror. He may not appear in Marvel's already announced "Avengers: Reign of Kang". According to DEADLINE, they have not heard of any discussion about removing Majors from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor was arrested on March 25 in connection with a violent dispute with a 30-year-old woman. According to authorities, the unnamed victim was taken to the hospital with "minor injuries to the head and neck." Majors is expected to appear in court on May 8 to face multiple charges of harassment and battery from the New York District Attorney. |
