Kevin Feige's Star Wars movie no longer in active development

According to Variety, there have been some big changes to Disney and Lucasfilm's Star Wars movie plans.

"Wonder Woman" director Patty Jenkin's "Rogue Squadron" movie is no longer in active development, having been delayed by Disney. In addition, the "Star Wars" movie produced by Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige is no longer in development.

However, another project, the Star Wars movie directed by Taika Waititi, the director of Thor 3 and Thor 4, seems to be still going on. It is reported that Waititi will play a cameo role in the Star Wars movie he directed.

Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy previously said Waititi's Star Wars movie could be released in late 2023.
