Recently, Saifan, the manufacturer of crowdfunding peripheral products such as "The Wandering Earth 2" digital life cards, Benben, and MOSS models, has caused dissatisfaction among a large number of users due to obvious differences in design and materials between the finished digital life cards and the crowdfunding display versions.

Early this morning, Guo Fan, the director of the "The Wandering Earth" series, spoke out on the matter, saying that Saifan should correct its attitude and make good corrections.

Now, Saifan has officially announced the adjustment statement of the digital life card product of "The Wandering Earth 2", and responded to issues that users care about, such as product materials, construction period, and whether a refund is possible.

According to the official response, the material of the digital life card will be changed back to aluminum alloy, using aluminum alloy die-casting plus CNC machine tool construction technology. The surface technology will be produced according to the initial crowdfunding sample version. The tens of thousands of sets of products that have been produced will all be scrapped and the losses will be borne by the owner.

At the same time, the official will redesign the internal structure of the card reader so that it can accommodate the USB3.0 chip.

In terms of construction period, Saifan said that due to the change of molds, there may be a certain degree of delay; the official said that they will communicate with the factory to make batches one by one to increase the delivery speed as much as possible.

Users who are dissatisfied with the product can contact customer service after March 25 for a full refund.
