Visual effects director reveals details of the symbiote in the final battle of Venom: The Last Dance

"Venom: The Last Dance", the third film in the "Venom" series, was released on October 23. In this film, the protagonists Eddie and Venom will fight against the God of Symbiotes, Knull, so there is a wonderful scene of a battle between symbiotes in the final battle of the film.

Although the names of these symbiotes are not stated in the movie, Aharon Bourland, the visual effects supervisor of "Venom 2", recently revealed the details of the production of these symbiotes in an interview with foreign media "ARTofVFX".

According to Aharon Brand, they started with the appearance of the symbiotes in the comics and then modified them to fit the story and style of the movie. The goal was to give each symbiote special abilities to facilitate their integration into battle scenes and better assist in telling the story.

Aharon Brand said of this: "Each symbiote started with research into its comic version, and then we evolved them into 'heroic' versions that fit the story. It was very important that each symbiote had a unique set of abilities that complemented each other and moved the story forward. For example, Lava's red and yellow fire whip worked well with the tendril cage that Animal/Tendril used to restrain Xenophage. Dr. Payne's symbiote also ties into her character thematically. A bolt of lightning changed her life, and when she bonded with the symbiote, it gave her lightning abilities, bringing her story full circle."
