Gears of War designer wants Star-Lord to stay away from game-adapted movies

Recently, Netflix announced that it has obtained the film and television adaptation rights of "Gears of War" and will launch a series of Gears of War adaptations, including a live-action "Gears of War" movie. In response to this, Cliff Bleszinski, the father of Gears of War who has long left the gaming industry, gave his own opinion on the casting of the movie, and his request was not to use "Star-Lord"!

After hearing that Gears of War was going to be adapted into a movie, Cliff Bleszinski posted a message on his personal social media, asking Chris Pratt, who plays Star-Lord, to stay away from the Gears of War series. Although he seemed to dislike Star-Lord, he was quite satisfied with Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, and he suggested Ryan Reynolds play the role of Baird in Gears of War.

CB is also very satisfied with wrestler Dave Bautista, who volunteered to play the protagonist Max in "Gears of War". He believes that this wrestler is the first choice for the role of Max. In addition, he believes that Karl Urban, the leading actor in "The Boys", is also a suitable candidate for Max.
