Players become professional drivers "Gran Turismo" live-action movie officially started filming

Sony Pictures' official social media recently announced that the filming of the live-action movie "Gran Turismo", adapted from the game of the same name, has started.

According to the official introduction of Sony Pictures, the movie version of "Gran Turismo" will tell the story of a gamer transforming from a player to a professional racing driver through Sony's "GT Academy".

Although the filming of the live-action Gran Turismo movie has just begun, the film is scheduled to be released in August 2023. Considering that the total time for shooting, editing, publicity and other aspects is only nine months, this is not a long production time for a movie.
