"A Thousand Miles Home" reversed the decline in box office and broke through 519 million on the 4th day of release

According to the data from Lighthouse Professional Edition, as of 8:00 a.m. on October 3, the box office of the movie "A Thousand Miles Home" on the third day of its release (October 2) was 185.7 million yuan, exceeding the box office of 184.7 million yuan on the previous day (October 1), achieving a reversal of the decline.

Real-time box office data shows that "The Journey Home" has grossed 519 million yuan in four days since its release, continuing to lead the National Day box office.

Currently, the film has a Tao Piaopiao score of 9.6, Maoyan score of 9.6, Douban score of 7.6, Weibo score of 9.2, and a big V recommendation rate of 94%.

"The Thousand Miles Home" is adapted from real events and reveals for the first time the behind-the-scenes story of the evacuation of overseas Chinese by Chinese diplomats, which was far more thrilling and difficult than what was reported in the news.

In the movie, a riot breaks out in the Republic of Numea and the evacuation of overseas Chinese is urgent. Diplomat Zong Dawei, played by Zhang Yi, and new diplomat Cheng Lang, played by Wang Junkai, go against the flow and go deep into the war zone to rescue their trapped compatriots led by Bai Huan, played by Yin Tao.

The film will start previews on September 29, 2022 and will be released nationwide on September 30.
