"The Lone Moon" box office exceeded 3 billion, becoming the 15th 3 billion movie in Chinese film history

Recently, the Chinese science fiction film "Lone Moon" officially announced that the box office has exceeded 3 billion yuan. Thanks to every audience for their witness and companionship along the way! "Lone Moon" has also become the 15th film in Chinese film history to break the 3 billion box office, with a total of 72.119 million viewers, which is a remarkable achievement.

Among the 15 Chinese films that grossed over 3 billion yuan, only one was imported, and the rest were all domestic films, namely:

1. "Changjin Lake" 5.775 billion

2. Wolf Warrior 2: 5.695 billion

3. "Hello, Li Huanying" 5.413 billion

4. Nezha: The Devil Child Comes into the World: 5.036 billion

5. The Wandering Earth: 4.687 billion

6. Detective Chinatown 3: 4.523 billion

7. Avengers 4: Endgame: 4.25 billion

8. "The Bridge at the Battle of Changjin Lake" 4.067 billion

9. Operation Red Sea: 3.652 billion

10. Detective Chinatown 2: 3.398 billion

11. The Mermaid: 3.391 billion

12. My Country, My Parents: 3.17 billion

13. The Eight Hundred: 3.112 billion

14. "Dying to Survive" 3.1 billion

15. "Alone on the Moon" 3 billion

On mainstream social media, the overall reviews of "The Lone Moon" are mainly positive, accounting for 75% of the total, neutral reviews account for 7%, and negative reviews account for 18%. The audience's praise focuses on efficiency, touching and the lead actor Shen Teng, while the negative reviews are mainly disappointing and not funny. From this point of view, most of the negative reviews are related to the high expectation threshold caused by the large amount of marketing before the film was released.

It is worth mentioning that due to the exaggerated box office growth of "The Lone Moon", some people believed that the film had engaged in unfair competition such as "stealing box office". In response, the producer of "The Lone Moon" and the copyright owner Happy Twist Films announced at the beginning of this month that they had filed a lawsuit against three rumor makers and published a civil complaint. At present, the follow-up news of this lawsuit has not been announced.
