'Telekinesis' becomes A24's highest-grossing film worldwide

The fantasy action film "Blink", starring Michelle Yeoh and directed by "Swiss Army Man" director Kwan Ka-wing and Daniel Schnatter, grossed $80.9 million at the global box office, surpassing "Hereditary" directed by Ari Aster in 2018 ($80.2 million) to become the highest-grossing film in the world under A24.

The film was released in North America on March 25, and has grossed $61.5 million in North America so far. Although the film has been released on online digital platforms, its theatrical release is still ongoing, and the total box office is expected to hit $70 million.

In overseas markets, the regions that exceeded one million US dollars include: the United Kingdom (5 million), Australia (3.8 million), Taiwan, China (2.3 million), Russia CIS (2.2 million), Hong Kong, China (1.4 million), Germany (1.1 million). It is reported that the production cost of the film is 25 million US dollars.
