Tomb Raider Season 2 Renewed, Release Date TBD

Today (October 26), Netflix announced the renewal of the animated series "Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft" for the second season. Netflix stated in the announcement that in the first season, the audience saw the growth process of Lara Croft, and in the second season, the heroine will become the legendary Tomb Raider image that fans are familiar with and love.

In the sequel to the series, Lara Croft discovers a clue to a stolen African Orisha mask. The heroine will embark on an exciting adventure around the world to recover the precious artifact. In the process, she will have to face a dangerous and mysterious billionaire who wants the mask. Lara will also discover that these relics contain a special power that cannot be explained.

The first season of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft was released in 2024. The freshness of Rotten Tomatoes is 73% and the audience rating is 32%. The show received a score of 5.3 (out of 10) on IMDb.
