Jim Carrey, 60, says Sonic the Hedgehog 2 may be his last movie

Comedy star Jim Carrey is considering retiring after his role in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the 60-year-old actor said his most recent film, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, could be his last.

"I'm thinking about retiring, most likely. I'm serious about it. It depends. If the angels came with some kind of script written in gold ink and told me it was really important to people, I'd probably continue, but I'm going to take a break."

Jim Carrey has starred in films in recent years including "True Crime", "Dumb and Dumber 2", "The Magician", and "Kick-Ass 2".

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be released in North America on April 8.
