The live-action movie version of "KAPPEI," a classic spoof comic masterpiece by Japanese cartoonist Kiminori Wakasugi, will be released on March 18. Today, on March 9, the official released a 5-minute opening video. Let's take a sneak peek.

• "KAPPEI: The Savior of the Doomsday" is a manga by Japanese manga artist Kiminori Wakasugi. It tells the story of a group of men who have been practicing "The Undisciplined Killing Wind Fist" since birth on an island in order to save humanity from the doomsday in July 1999. However, in 2011, the doomsday had not yet come, so their master had to order them to disband.

This group of strong men who have only learned how to fight came to Japan in 2022. One of them, Kappei, came to Tokyo. In his eyes, everything was very new. And Kappei actually fell in love with a female college student named Yamase Haru at first sight, but this doomsday warrior who had no common sense at all didn't know what to do.
