Black actress wants to write and star in the movie "Tangled"

Rapunzel comes from the long-haired girl in Grimm's Fairy Tales. She is always blonde and blue-eyed in fairy tales and animations. Now Zazie Beetz wants to play Rapunzel and change her blonde hair into an afro.

David Liddell said: "There are some things I can't say now, but the plan is really exciting... We have written a lot of scripts together and have a production company. So we want to tailor a Rapunzel script for Saki, and the story will tell what happens after the original story, and she will have a huge afro. We are still writing the script, and we are excited to think about the wonderful performance that Saki will show!"

The story of Rapunzel is adapted from the Grimm fairy tale, so the script written by Zazie Beetz and David Riddle will not be restricted by Disney. If Zazie Beetz is successful in the movie "Rapunzel", then Hollywood black actors will have a new traffic code.
