Uncharted: The North American Box Office Wins Second Consecutive Title, Reaching $226 Million Worldwide

Uncharted earned $23.25 million in North America in its second weekend, achieving two consecutive championships, with a drop of only 47% from the first weekend. The cumulative North American box office has reached $83.385 million. It earned another $35 million overseas, with a total of $143 million overseas and a global total of over $200 million, reaching $226 million.

In the Uncharted movie, resourceful Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) teams up with experienced treasure hunter Victor Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to track down Ferdinand Magellan’s lost treasure 500 years ago. What starts out as a simple treasure hunt quickly turns into a thrilling, globe-spanning race to get there before the ruthless Moncada (Antonio Banderas) who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs to the treasure.

If Nathan and Sullivan can decipher the clues and solve the world's oldest mystery, they can find $5 billion worth of treasure and maybe even Nathan's long-lost brother... but first, they must learn to work together.

The movie "Uncharted" is currently being screened in North America and is scheduled to be released in China on March 14, with a popcorn index as high as 90%.
