Lu Xiong, supporting actor in Stephen Chow's "Justice, My Foot", dies at 74

According to Hong Kong media reports, veteran voice actor and actor Lu Xiong died of illness on January 27 at the age of 74. He was deeply loved by Hong Kong movie fans because he had collaborated with Stephen Chow in films such as "Justice, My Foot" and "The Soul Returns".

Lu Xiong joined Commercial Radio in 1975 and later worked as a freelance dubbing supervisor. In his early years, he worked as an announcer at Commercial Radio. After the launch of ATV, he became an artist under the company. After ATV closed down, he briefly joined Radio Hong Kong.

He was the designated voice actor for Wang Qing, Cao Charlie, Cao Dahua, Zheng Zeshi, Ho Ka Kui and Tian Jun. He has recorded listening materials for the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Chinese Language Examination.
