The film will also be released in North American theaters on March 4 next year and in Japanese theaters on March 11. At the same time, according to foreign media reports, Warner will no longer implement the strategy of synchronizing theaters and streaming media in 2022. Warner Media CEO Jason Kilar confirmed that "The New Batman" has a 45-day theater window and will be launched on HBO Max on April 19.

Previously, director Matt Reeves said in an interview with the foreign media "Complete Movie" that this new film will be the most terrifying "Batman" movie. The film's producer Dylan Clark said in an interview with "Empire" magazine that he had said in front of Christopher Nolan that he wanted to surpass his "Batman" trilogy, and that the "New Batman" movie would not be related to the DC movie universe.
