HBO live-action series The Last of Us replaces Bill Cast

HBO's live-action series The Last of Us has replaced Con O'Neill (Chernobyl) with Nick Offerman. According to Variety, Neill withdrew due to scheduling conflicts.

Offerman will guest-star alongside Murray Bartlett (who plays Frank) in the live-action series as two survivors of The Last of Us, both of whom live alone in their own isolated towns.

The live-action drama "The Last of Us" is the first series produced by Sony PlayStation Productions, with a total of 10 episodes in the first season. Neil Druckmann, the creator of "Chernobyl" and vice president of Naughty Dog, co-served as producer and screenwriter. The series started filming in July this year and is expected to be completed in mid-2022.
