This is the second asset acquisition of Beijing Softstar and "Chinese Paladin" IP after Zhongshouyou acquired 51% of Beijing Softstar's shares for RMB 213 million on April 25, 2018.

At this point, Zhongyou Mobile Games has completed the complete acquisition of Beijing Softstar and its "The Legend of Sword and Fairy" IP rights in mainland China.
