Director Gunn: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is about to start filming and the release date has not changed

Today (October 20), Chris Pratt, who plays Star-Lord in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3", posted a video of himself on the first day on the set, causing media speculation that "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" has begun filming. Later, the film's director James Gunn clarified that filming has not started yet but will start soon.

Yesterday (October 19), Disney released a list of postponed movies, including "Doctor Strange 2", "Thor 4" and other Marvel Universe movies. Fans are also very worried that "Guardians of the Galaxy 3" will be postponed or withdrawn, but then Director Gunn replied to the fans: "The "Guardians of the Galaxy 3" project has neither been cut nor postponed. It will still be released on May 5, 2023. We have completed the production of the script and storyboard, and the staff and cast are in place."
