The famous Japanese original artist, character designer and animation director Yasuomi Umezu has created works such as "Kite" and "Subforte". Recently, the original animation "VIRGIN PUNK" series, which was jointly produced by Yasuomi Umezu and SHAFT, has released its first promotional trailer.

It is understood that "Clockwork Girl", the first work in the "VIRGIN PUNK" series, is expected to be released first in Tokyo, Japan in early summer 2025. The "VIRGIN PUNK" series is also his new animation work as a director after ten years.

The "VIRGIN PUNK" series will be directed and designed by Yasuomi Umezu, while Yuya Takahashi will be responsible for series composition and script. The main animators will be Takeichiro Abe, Shinya Takahashi and Shinho Kando, and Yoshiaki Dewa will be in charge of music production.
