The 52nd Nebula Awards announced the winners: "The Three-Body Problem 2" and "Ultraman Zeta" won

The list of winners of the 52nd Japan Nebula Award was announced, and Chinese writer Liu Cixin's science fiction work "The Three-Body Problem: The Dark Forest" and Tsuburaya Productions' TV special effects "Ultraman Zeta" were awarded.

This time, "The Three-Body Problem 2: The Dark Forest" won the Nebula Award for the overseas long-length category (novel). This work is a long science fiction novel created by Liu Cixin and is also the second work in the "Earth's Past Trilogy Series". This is not the first time that the Three-Body series has won the Nebula Award. The 2020 overseas long-length category (novel) Nebula Award was won by "The Three-Body Problem".

TV special effects "Ultraman Zeta" won the Nebula Award in the media category. "Ultraman Zeta" is a Japanese special effects TV series produced by Tsuburaya Productions and is also the 22nd work in the "Ultraman" series. Before this, the "Ultraman" series that won the Nebula Award was "Ultraman Tiga". In addition, the animation "SSSS.Grid" produced by Trigger, an IP under Tsuburaya Productions, also won the Nebula Award in the media category in 2019.
