■ Story

The mysterious abnormal phenomena occurring on Earth were the work of the Izar aliens, who are hiding underground and trying to invade Earth. Dr. Hanamura of the Earth System Research Institute develops a mobile fortress laboratory and a Magne Robo, Ga-Keen, to counter this. Takeshi Hojo and Mai Kagetsu, who are chosen as Magneman, the pilots of Ga-Keen, work together to start a battle to protect Earth from the enemy's invasion.

Takeshi Hojo A 17-year-old young man born into a family of martial artists who practiced the Hojo-ryu martial arts. He was chosen to become Magneman Plus because of his resistance to electricity and his fighting ability. He was a self-centered and uncooperative person, but he grows through fighting.

・Kagetsu Mai is the only daughter of Dr. Hanamura, the developer of Ga-Keen. For her father's sake, she endured rigorous training to become Magneman Minus. She supports Takeshi, who tends to go out of control, as her partner, and together they win tough battles.

Kagetsu Mori is the director of the Earth System Research Institute and the developer of Ga-Keen. He was the first to detect the invasion of the Izar aliens, and used his own money to build Ga-Keen and a mobile fortress.

Commander-in-Chief Brain is the commander-in-chief of the Earth invasion force from Planet Izar. He has a gigantic body and an enlarged brain-like head. At the end of the story, he goes into battle himself against Ga-Keen but is defeated.

Emperor Izar The ruler of the planet Izar. In order to migrate from the planet Izar, which was nearing the end of its life as a planet, he began invading Earth. After General Brain was defeated, he went to the front lines himself, but was defeated by Ga-Keen.

A giant robot developed by Dr. Kagetsu to counter the invasion of the Izar aliens. It is 50 meters long and weighs 70 tons. It is powered by atomic and magnetic wave energy. Two Magnemen transform into a core part and combine to form the robot.
