F1 driver Shunsuke Hayami, who was kicked out of his team for wrecking his car, is scouted by his father's old friend Ginjiro Arashi. Shunsuke joins the Kaiser team run by Ginjiro and competes in the F1 championship, driving the team's ultra-high-performance car, the Ruben Kaiser Formula 1.
