■ Story

Kagome and Inuyasha, who travel between the present and the Warring States period, finally learn from Kagura the location of their nemesis Naraku's heart, his vital point! Kagura and Moryomaru are plotting in secret to betray Naraku, involving Sesshomaru, Kohaku, who holds a fragment of the Shikon Jewel, and Kouga. Kikyo plans to complete the Shikon Jewel and destroy Naraku, but Naraku has obtained the heart of an evil human and is waiting for them! When the Shikon Jewel is completed, the final battle will begin!! Will Inuyasha and Kagome be able to see tomorrow together with Miroku, Sango, and Shippo?

■Explanation

One day, Higurashi Kagome, a third-year junior high school girl, suddenly travels back in time to the Sengoku period. She meets Inuyasha, a half-demon boy who was sealed away by the shrine maiden Kikyo 50 years ago. The Shikon Jewel, which has the supernatural power to grant any ambition, emerges from Kagome's body. However, the jewel is shattered in a battle with an evil demon. Inuyasha and Kagome set out on a journey to collect the fragments of the Shikon Jewel. At first, the two fight a lot, but as they overcome many battles together, they become indispensable to each other...

Kikyo has been revived by the demon woman Urasue. 50 years ago, Inuyasha and Kikyo, who had feelings for each other, fell into a trap set by someone and killed each other out of hatred. The terrifying enemy who set the trap for the two was Naraku. Together with their reliable companions, Shippo, a young fox demon they met during their journey, Miroku, a monk with a hole in his right hand that can suck in anything, and Sango, a demon exterminator, Inuyasha and Kagome defeat formidable foes such as Naraku's clones and the Seven.

However, Naraku has collected most of the Shikon Jewel! Can they defeat their nemesis Naraku, whose body regenerates even after being crushed?! What will become of the love triangle between Inuyasha, Kagome, and Kikyo?! What will happen in the showdown with Inuyasha's half-brother, Sesshomaru, who is fighting over Tessaiga, the cursed sword that was a keepsake from Inuyasha's father?!

All the answers can be found here! A Sengoku fairy tale of love and adventure! The final episode will finally start airing in the fall of 2009!!
