- Tomoki Sakurai
He is an ordinary boy living alone in Sorami Town. The only thing that makes him unusual is that ever since he was a child, he has dreamed of a girl whose name and face he does not know. His motto is "Peace is the most important thing," but when he meets Icarus, his everyday life is destroyed. Like any boy his age, he uses the cards that Icarus has to make his lewd wishes come true one after another. He also has a caring side, trying to teach Icarus about human nature. - Mitsuki Sohara
A childhood friend of Tomoki who lives next door. She has a lively and cheerful personality. She is concerned about Tomoki who lives alone. She seems to be concerned about Icarus who suddenly came to live in Tomoki's house. When Tomoki sexually harasses her, she unleashes her deadly "Sohara Chop". - Eishiro Sugata
He is the only member of the "New World Discovery Club" at Tomoki's school. He is passionate about flying handmade airplanes and discovering "new worlds" floating in the sky, and is known as an eccentric person at school. He forces Icarus, who fell from the sky, to stay at Tomoki's house. - Mikako Satsukitane

The story is set in Sorami, a small town surrounded by beautiful nature, and begins when an ordinary student, Tomoki Sakurai, meets a mysterious girl named Icarus who falls from the sky. Icarus calls herself a "pet angeloid" and calls Tomoki her "master", and has the mysterious power to grant his wishes. This encounter changes Tomoki's peaceful daily life completely, and various adventures and comedies unfold. The appeal of this anime lies above all in its unique worldview and the individuality of its characters.
