Gatoya <br> A feared penal colony known to the people of Tenwakoku as "the end of hell." The building is surrounded by cliffs and the island is surrounded by whirlpools on all sides, making it impossible to escape. Once a day, a "judgment" is held by the administrator Tsutsuga, and the chosen criminal is devoured by a tube inside the building. This location adds to the tension in the story.

Fall
