Angel of Slaughter is a 2018 TV anime series based on a game by Sanada Makoto. It aired from July 6 to December 31, 2018, and consisted of 16 episodes. It was broadcast on AT-X, TOKYO MX, and Amazon Prime Video, and each episode was 30 minutes long. Animation was produced by JCSTAFF, and the director was Suzuki Kentaro.

story

Rachel, a young girl, wakes up in the lowest basement of a building. She has lost her memory and doesn't even know why she's there. As she wanders the building, heading for the surface, she is confronted by Zack, a murderer with his face covered in bandages and a scythe like the Grim Reaper. Rachel pleads with Zack, "Please, kill me." Zack responds, "Help me get out of here. Then I'll kill you." This strange promise will greatly change the fate of the two of them.
