New poster for Michelle Yeoh's new action film "Gunpowder Milkshake" to be released on July 14

Recently, Netflix released a new poster for the action thriller "Gunpowder Milkshake" and announced that the film will be released in the United States on July 14 and in other countries and regions during the summer.

"Gunpowder Milkshake" is directed by Navot Papusado ("26 New Ways to Die") and stars Karen Gillan, Lena Headey, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Bassett, Carla Gugino, Chloe Coleman, etc. The film tells the story of three generations of female killers trying to stop the lingering vicious cycle of violence in their lives in one night.

The story focuses on a pair of mother and daughter killers: Gillan's Sam was abandoned by her mother Scarlet, played by Heidi, when she was 12 years old. Scarlet was an elite killer who was working for the criminal group The Firm at the time, but was forced to abandon her daughter for some reason. 15 years later, Sam has become a top killer like her mother, using her "talent" to perform various dangerous tasks for The Firm and clear obstacles. She is both efficient and loyal to The Firm.

But when a high-stakes mission goes wrong, Sam must choose between serving The Firm and protecting an innocent 8-year-old girl (Coleman), who becomes a target of her own murder. Her only chance of survival is to reunite with her mother and team up with her collaborators, The Librarians (Bessette, Michelle Yeoh and Gugino).
