The filming of the "Resident Evil" reboot movie has ended and the trailer will be released soon

According to foreign media Gameinformer, the filming of the movie "Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City" has been completed and the trailer will be released soon. Capcom also confirmed this good news at the "Resident Evil 8" live broadcast. Now the team will focus on making CGI special effects monsters. Although the trailer has not been released yet, we at least know that the "Resident Evil" reboot movie should not be postponed again.

The story of "Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City" takes place on a fateful night in Raccoon City in 1998. It has no connection with the previous "Resident Evil" movie. It is adapted from the two games "Resident Evil 1/2" and its style is more faithful to the game and origin story.

This new adaptation will kick off a new series and is directed by horror film director Johannes Roberts. Kaya Scodelario plays Claire, Robbie Amell plays Chris, Hannah John-Kamen plays Jill, Tom Hooper plays Wesker, Avan Jogia plays Leon, and Neal McDonough plays William Birken.

"Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City" will be released in North America on November 24.
