Recently, he said in an interview that the eight episodes of the first season of "Splinter Cell" animation have passed Netflix's review, but it will take a long time before it can meet the audience.

Derek Kolstad said: "It may take two years, or it may not take that long, about 18 months. From start to execution, these things take about 18 months to two years. My work may be completed within half a year with other screenwriters."

In addition to Splinter Cell, Netflix will also launch a Tomb Raider animated series, Kong: Skull Island, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, and even an Assassin's Creed animation.
