PlotIn 2006, the White House was hacked, and traces of illegal access were found in the top-secret files under the jurisdiction of the president. American agent Leon S. Kennedy and others were summoned to investigate the incident. When the power suddenly went out in the White House, they encountered zombies of unknown origin and subdued them together with SWAT. Meanwhile, TerraSave member Claire Redfield discovers a mysterious painting by an aphasic boy while helping refugees. Claire begins her own investigation based on the painting, which she believes to be of a person infected with the virus. The next morning, Claire, who came to the White House to petition for the construction of welfare facilities, unexpectedly reunited with Leon and showed him the boy's drawing. Leon noticed the connection between the zombie incident in the White House and the strange painting, but he said it had nothing to do with Claire and left. Two zombie incidents in a distant country eventually developed into a crisis that shook the country. The English/Japanese voice actors have been confirmed, consistent with Resident Evil 2: Remake.
