Capcom officially released a new poster for the CG animation "Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness" today (March 12). The animation will be exclusively broadcast on Netflix in 2021. "Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness" is a horror action story centered on popular characters from the "Resident Evil" series, Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield. The poster shows Leon in a suit, a serious-looking Leon holding a gun, and Claire holding a lamp in one hand, searching for "something". The zombies are heading to one of the important stages of this game, the White House! The scene of Leon and Claire accidentally meeting again in the White House is also released for the first time. PlotIn 2006, the White House was hacked, and traces of illegal access were found in the top-secret files under the jurisdiction of the president. American agent Leon S. Kennedy and others were summoned to investigate the incident. When the power suddenly went out in the White House, they encountered zombies of unknown origin and subdued them together with SWAT. Meanwhile, TerraSave member Claire Redfield discovers a mysterious painting by an aphasic boy while helping refugees. Claire begins her own investigation based on the painting, which she believes to be of a person infected with the virus. The next morning, Claire, who came to the White House to petition for the construction of welfare facilities, unexpectedly reunited with Leon and showed him the boy's drawing. Leon noticed the connection between the zombie incident in the White House and the strange painting, but he said it had nothing to do with Claire and left. Two zombie incidents in a distant country eventually developed into a crisis that shook the country. The English/Japanese voice actors have been confirmed, consistent with Resident Evil 2: Remake. Nick Apostolides voices Leon in the English version , Stephanie Panisello voices Claire; in the Japanese version , Tomoyuki Morikawa voices Leon and Yuko Kaida voices Claire.
