Today (March 12), Warner Bros. officially announced that The Lord of the Rings trilogy will return to mainland theaters in a new 4K remastered version, and the release date is yet to be confirmed.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy includes: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Lord of the Rings: Rise of the King. This time the movie will return to theaters in the form of a 4K remaster. Directed by Peter Jackson, it commemorates the 20th anniversary and recreates the magnificent and immortal epic legend for the audience.
