Tom Cruise bought two state-of-the-art robots to prevent the spread of the virus on the set of Mission: Impossible 7

The Sun reports: Tom Cruise has spent a fortune on two state-of-the-art robots to carry out epidemic prevention and safety work for Mission: Impossible 7. Filming resumed in the UK this week, and sources say Cruise is serious about ensuring that production will not be shut down due to the coronavirus. The robots patrolling the set are described as "very sophisticated, very scary, like a non-violent 'Terminator'."

Previously, during the filming of "Mission: Impossible 7" in Venice, Italy, two staff members were tested positive for the new coronavirus. At that time, the filming was suspended due to the closure of various facilities and cancellation of gatherings due to the epidemic.

In mid-last month, The Sun revealed an audio clip of Cruise on the set that caused a heated discussion. He angrily scolded two crew members on the set of Mission: Impossible 7, saying that they violated the epidemic regulations for filming and would be fired if they did it again. It is said that the two people that Cruise scolded were standing less than two meters apart from each other during filming on the London set, breaking the safety regulations for filming under the epidemic. (A source revealed that the two were standing in front of a computer, and the distance between them was actually less than one meter)

In the audio, Cruise yelled: "If I see you do this again, you're fired. The same goes for anybody else on the crew who does this again - you too, you too, you all, don't f***ing do it." There were about 50 crew members present at the time.

Cruise is the star and producer of Mission: Impossible 7. He also said in the audio that Hollywood is now restarting filming under the epidemic "because of us. We have created thousands of jobs, you XX. That's it, I don't accept the apology, you can go and apologize to those who have lost their jobs because of the shutdown of our industry. We can't stop this movie, do you understand me? If I see you do it again, you will leave."
